The building at 212 Fifth Avenue began its life in 1912 as a commercial skyscraper in the popular neo-Gothic style. A hundred years later, 212 Fifth Avenue has found new life as a collection of luxury Madison Square Park condos that blend classic prewar style with modern design and comfort. Helpern Architects worked with developer Madison Equities to restore the building, cleaning and preserving the facade that makes it a classic. They also installed The Crown, the penthouse atop the tower that features multiple private terraces across its three floors and commands an impressive 360-degree view of the city.
