Popular interior designer Heather Clawson of the blog “Habitually Chic” recently shared a photo of the gorgeous view from The Crown, the exclusive triplex penthouse atop 212 Fifth Avenue. Clawson’s post features the south-facing view at sunset, with the iconic Flatiron Building framed against the backdrop of the Downtown skyline, complete with the beautiful form of One World Trade rising against the horizon. The Crown is the largest of the Madison Square Park condos at 212 Fifth Avenue, the 1912 building newly restored by Helpern Architects, with interior designed by Pembrooke & Ives.
