The NoMad luxury condos at 212 Fifth Avenue have a new crown jewel: a fully furnished penthouse. The Madison Equities-developed Crown Penthouse, which spans 10,000 square feet and has two levels of terraces encompassing 5,730 square feet, has been outfitted with pieces from the Atelier Furniture Collection, a custom collaboration between the developer and the furniture company Luxury Living with art by Axiom Fine Art. “The Atelier Furniture collection represents a unique partnership for a truly unique residence,” says Madison Equities CEO Robert Gladstone. Design Studio 15’s Shanna Bender has also added a collection of furniture, rugs, and lighting to the space, while its walls includes pieces by Robert Rauschenberg and Carroll Dunham, the father of actress Lena Dunham.
