When decorating an interior at 212 Fifth Avenue, the new collection of NoMad condos housed in a renovated 1912 skyscraper, Bender deployed bright velvet upholstery on a pair of chairs and placed matching cushions on the adjacent off-white sofa, creating the perfect seating area for enjoying the condo’s spectacular views.
